Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by NUERIX AI TECHNOLOGIES LLC (“Nuerix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Nature of Services

Nuerix provides custom AI automation and professional services. Because work is performed specifically for each client, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Deposits

Deposits and upfront fees secure our availability and cover initial work. They are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Order.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund — for example, where paid-for work has not been delivered — contact us at support@nuerixai.com within 14 days of the relevant charge. We review each request on a case-by-case basis in good faith.

4. Completed Work

Services that have been delivered or substantially performed are not eligible for a refund.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services.
